Evening at Elsie Roemer Bird Sanctuary
It’s hard for me not to stop at the bird sanctuary on my way home after work… even if it’s for 10 minutes, it really brightens my day! So I stopped by again, right around the golden hour, and was excited to see so many pelicans! I didn’t notice that I captured a short-billed gull until I downloaded the photos, yay a new lifer!
Not gonna lie, I really wish I had a better lens. The only thing holding me back from super crisp, amazing quality images, is my darn camera, nothing I can do to improve my shots with the current setup… definitely have my eyes set on a big fat telephoto!! Until then, I’m working with what I got!
